KEYBOARD PLAYER

Every bride wants to make a spectacular entrance as they walk down the aisle into the loving gaze of their husband-to-be and assembled guests. Some brides opt for the bagpipes, but many prefer a traditional organ or keyboard. The keyboard can also provide music to accompany guests singing hymns.

The keyboard player will play:

• As guests are arriving.

• As the bride makes her grand entrance during the wedding ceremony.

• To accompany hymns during the ceremony.

• At the wedding reception, during cocktails.

Music and Requests

the music choice is entirely subjective, from Mendelsons Wedding March to the tango back up the aisle… the decision is yours, we have seen it all. We are also happy to take reasonable requests. Our Pianists play a wide range of music - things you might expect, such as; love ballads, musicals, shows and films; but also melodic jazz such as Duke Ellington, Gershwin, Queen, Elton John and the Beatles. The range of material includes many songs from the 1930's - A Nightingale Sang In Berkeley Square and Cole Porter songs such as So In Love. Up-to-the-minute contemporary songs are also available - Coldplay, Daniel Bedingfield, Katie Melua, Norah Jones and Robbie Williams to name a few.
